Email preferences

If you are an approver within Leavetrack, you can customise the emails you receive to suit your needs. There are three emails that can be sent to you and you can manage these by going to My Record > Emails.

Emails are only sent if there are outstanding requests (in the case of the Daily Digest) or employees on leave (in the case of the Daily and Weekly Summaries).

All absences are included in the summaries (including those where the leave type is not public) so you should not forward emails if you do not want those absences shared.
